The magic responding to the back to back the way they did was truly incredible. I cannot get over how they were able to get the tempo of the game to where they felt comfortable and took advantage of their situations. To keep the nets under 100 after the bitching I’ve been doing about defense is truly amazing. They were into shooters and actually making dribblers work for position. There’s a long road ahead and being down 20 loses to your wind is a big mountain to look to climb. It’s just truly fascinating how much more entertaining the magic are when they aren’t playing hero ball, attacking mismatches, and developing sets. One man basketball sure can be entertaining, team basketball sure can be incredibly hard to beat.
